We want you to love your Paige Pearls jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions—we're happy to help!

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in creating and packaging your jewellery. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will happily offer a refund, repair, or replacement.

Custom Orders

All custom or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Process

  1. Email us at paigepearls@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions (if applicable).

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
