We’re so excited to send your pearls your way! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with us:

Processing Times

All Paige Pearls jewellery is handmade with love. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Custom orders may take a little longer—if so, we’ll be in touch!

Shipping Within Australia

• Standard Shipping: $10 Estimated delivery: 8-10 business days

• Express Shipping: $15 Estimated delivery: 4-5 business days

We ship via Australia Post and provide tracking on all orders.

Tracking

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or reach out—we’re happy to help!

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once your parcel leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of the postal service. Paige Pearls is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels, but we’ll always do what we can to assist.
